Hyperion Enterprise crashes when an Account Conversion Table is loaded from an text file
No error produced
Changes:
Application recently converted from an older version.
Cause:
The account conversion tables have become corrupted.
Solution:
Ensure you have a valid application back-up before following the procedure below.
1. From within the Enterprise Application make an extract of all Account Conversion Tables to a text file.
2. From with the Account module delete all Account Conversion tables in the failing application.
3. Re-load the Account Conversion extract and verify that further loads can then be made.
