Symptoms

In in System Messages, when selecting one or more system messages by ticking the check box, then clicking the "details" button, the following error occurs:

"An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. 
Show Details: 
Error Number:5 
Error Description: Invalid procedure call or argument 
Error Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error Page On which Error Occurred:/hfm/Common/ErrorDetails.asp"

Cause

Bug 8657541

Solution

Fixed in FM 11.1.2.

The workaround is to view the system messages by clicking on the messages individually.
