Copying an Enterprise Application

1.       Ensure everybody is out of all areas of the Enterprise application. This applies to all associated products including Retrieve Excel and Reporting.

2.       Go to the route of the application (Usually the Label is the parent folder in the windows folder structure, under which would be Inbox, Outbox, Data etc etc including some system files.

3.       Right click on the route folder and select copy. This will have the effect of copying everything under the route inclusive.

4.       Then paste the folder to a local directory.

5.       It is better to do this twice to ensure against failure.

N.B. ENSURE EVERYBODY IS OUT OF THE SYSTEM INCLUDING ALL ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS BEFORE COPYING.
