The Point of View bar Entity is used and not the Entity section

When printing a book of reports the Entity from the Point of View bar is used and not the Entity section and reports are not indented within the book

To insert reports within the Entity Section:

1. Open Hyperion Enterprise Reporting

2. Open the report

3. Select EDIT -> INSERT SECTION -> ENTITY

4. Select the entity/entities required

5. Click OK

6. Click on the Entity Section so it is highlighted

7. Select EDIT -> INSERT REPORT, and select the appropriate report(s)
Note: Be sure that the option "Within" is selected so that report is inserted within the highlighted section.

8. Click OK. The reports should now be displayed as indented within the Entity Section

Printing will now print the reports for the entity/entities selected in the Entity Section rather than the Entity on the Point of View bar
