Error: "Prior period not in OK, Changed or NODATA State"
Some entities are locked in the prior period
Some entities are inactive in the prior period
Ownership by Period and Category is selected

Changes that have been made:

New dependents have been added to the organization

Reason for Problem:

The prior period has IMPACTED entity or entities which cannot be consolidated because entities above are LOCKED

Solution:

Calculate formulas on the dependent of the locked entity

If there is no data in the new dependent select TASK -> ERASE

The dependent should also be locked. There should be no unlocked dependents if the parent is locked.
