Exporting Data from Retrieve

I cannot export data using retrieve, I get an EXPORT FAILURE message when I try to do this.

This is generally caused by Data Entry or Database being open in Enterprise for the same Entity/Ccategory combination that you are trying to export to in Retrieve. Check inside Enterprise that neither Database or Data Entry is open by any user, and then attempt to export again.
