Symptoms

Users get the following error message from Financial Reporting Studio right after its installation: Error getting CSS support information for driver [HsvAdmDriver]

Cause


The ADM drivers form FM are not installed on the FR Studio machine

FR Studio cannot access FM datasources without the ADM drivers

Solution


- Launch the FM client installer on the FR Studio machine,
- Choose to install the ADM drivers only,
- After installation, run the FM web server configuration tool (still on the same machine) in order to define the FM server 
Choose files or drag and drop files
