Load tasks gives error 'Unable to delete file

Symptoms

Loading application files using the web interface generates error message "Unable to delete file"

Cause

The FileTranfer folder does not have full control permissions to the Internet Guest Account and launch IIS process account

Solution

1) Reset the permissions on the FiletTransfer folder, located on my machine in C:\Hyperion\FinancialManagement\Web\HFM. 

2) Right-click on the FileTransfer folder and select properties. 

3) In the Security tab, give Full Control to the users IUSR_<machinename> and IWAM<machinename>

Note these permissions are set automatically in 11.x
