Symptoms

Loading Security file to an HFM application results in the following error "The specified item already exists." 

Cause

This issue can be a result of having leading or trailing spaces in the Security Class name.

Solution

Look in the Security file for leading/trailing spaces in the Security Class name and remove them.

Save the security file and reload.
