Symptoms
An end user who is not provisioned with the "Journals Administrator" role cannot load a particular journal file. The error message from HFM suggests that he doesn't have sufficient roles provisioned in the application.Processing load file...

Cause
This is not a product error.. By loading this file containing a !Group=Group1 line, the user is attempting to create a new journal group and he is not provisioned with the "Journal Administrator" role. The "Role Security Check failed" error message is by design.Solution
1. Grant the "Journal Administrator" HFM security role to the user trying to load the file or
2. Delete the line from the journal file that tries to create a journal group and ask another administrator user to create the journal group first. Then the original end user will be able to load the rest of the journal file without an error message.
