Symptoms
In an Intercompany matching report, when specifying an Account marked as Plug and requesting specific CustomX members, the specification for CustomX members is ignored and all members of CustomX that have data in the ICP intersection are displayed..
Cause
The cause of this problem has been identified and verified in an unpublished Bug 8591717. The issue was reproduced and confirmed by Development.
Solution
Apply Patch 8732026 - Service Fix 11.1.1.2.11. The readme file for the patch includes detailed information. This includes dependencies, if any, supported paths and installation instructions.
