Symptoms

Clicking on a newly generated FDM application inside of the Shared Services Project.  Upon clicking on the application the following error is returned:

"User is not authorized for this action."

Cause

Unpublished Bug 9086516

Solution

This error has no impact on functionality, a blank page should be returned.
This is scheduled to be resolved in FDM version 11.1.2.0
