Symptoms

When previewing or printing any reports the software crashes.
Error: ""0x0012d4cd" referenced memory at "0xfffffffff" the memory could not be read.".

Cause

A bad syntax is used in the  reports. The reports were using a command "Expand @ALL" after defining the sub-accounts.
This Expand @ALL command should only be used in Hyperion Enterprise Web Reporting.

Solution

Remove the "Expand @ALL" syntax from the affected reports and replace with #Account @ALL.
