Creating a new GL Template- Unable to drag the file record into the sample record box to populate.

Symptoms

Unable to see sample record in Ledgerlink GL Temple Wizard. 

The Sample record field appears blank.

Cause

This is an issue  with Microsoft Windows XP machines

Solution

 

Set the Windows theme to 'Windows Classic': 

• On the machine's Desktop background right click with the mouse and select Properties.
• Select the Appearance Tab.
  
• Change the 'Windows and buttons' drop down box to  setting to 'Windows Classic Style'
• Select Apply.
• The issue should be resolved.
