Symptoms
When attempting to send an e-mail alert notification to end users via Autopilot task, error message: "Run-time error 429 - ActiveX component can't create object" appears in Hyperion Enterprise version 6.5.0.00.

idsmai32.exe missing from <system>\SYSTEM32 location and has not been registered properly in the windows registry
Solution
Copy the IDSMAI32.EXE from <system>\SYSTEM32\OLESVR into <system>\SYSTEM32 and run the steps given below to register the file properly.The correct steps to be followed:
1. Open CMD prompt.
2. Browse to the %SystemRoot%\system32\OLESVR directory
3. Type the following command verbatim “idsmai32.exe /regserver”
4. Please put a space character before the '/' character
