Symptoms

Figures are being imported from CDA retrieve into the database and are not being scaled
The issue seems to be only with certain Citrix Metaframe users
In Hyperion Database module Figures are not being scaled

Cause

Every Citrix user has their own HECDAREP.ini, if not they use the default HECDAREP.ini. In the HECDAREP.ini the option to set scales in CDA retrieve is stored

Solution

Copy the HECDAREP.ini file from a Citrix user who is not experiencing the problem to one that is. Alternatively open the HECDAREP.ini file on the Citrix server in the user profile directory. For the particular user on Citrix modify or add the line:
ScaledValues=0 Displays worksheet values in non-scaled format, even if the values are scaled in the Hyperion product.
ScaledValue=1 Display worksheet values in a scaled format if the values are scaled in the Hyperion product.
