Observations:
- All Production HRPrinters were showing as offline (via Devices and Printers)
- All Production HRPrinter ports were missing
- All Test HRPrinters were online and functional
Actions:
- Configure Print Port for each Production HRPrinter to match Test configuration (i.e. pointing to PDFOutput folder)
- Set all Production HRPrinters as online
- Tested successfully by Chris Watson (InterServe)
Note: if the above had not worked, then I would have simply cleared and reconfigured the FR Printers as the next step that would have achieved the same result.
Conclusion:
- Fixed
- Unclear why this happened
- If patches/GPOs were the cause then Test should be affected similarly when the patches are applied
