Goal

Is it correct that underscore character is no longer allowed in the prefix label of an Extended Analytics extract ? Is this a change in the code between 9.3.1 and 9.3.1.1 ?

Solution

Yes, this is a change in the code between 9.3.1. and 9.3.1.1.

Just as you are not allowed to use underscore character in an application name, you are also not allowed to use it in an Extended Analytics prefix.

This new limitation applies to 9.3.1.1, 11.1.1 and all subsequent releases.
