Symptoms

Unable to print to an HP LaserJet 2420 printer from Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Enterprise Reporting.
Error: "Print Engine Error – Cannot Create Driver"

Cause

The HP LaserJet 2420 uses a PCL6 printer driver

The latest PCL6 printer driver was not being used

Solution

Download the latest compatible printer driver from
