Goal
Within the Create Journal or Edit Journal module of HFM web interface (JournalEntry.asp), some customers would like to see the description (in their default language) of the selected journal metadata members, rather than the label of those members.
When choosing a member for that line of journal detail e.g. an account or Custom1 member, the POV Selector displays both label and description of each member of the hierarchy, so it is easy to select the correct member, but when the user returns to the Journal Entry page, only the label is displayed.
Solution
This is not possible in the currently available releases of HFM.
An enhancement request (Bug 8671700) has been created for this feature.
