Symptoms

 Error: "Product % 0 is not registered" when creating an FM application from either the FM Win32 or Web Client

Cause

FM was not registered with Shared Services successfully during the EPM configuration

Solution

Please check that FM is registered with Shared Services via the console.  If it is registered, perform the following:

1. Navigate to the path <drive>..\Hyperion\common\config\9.5.0.0\product\hfm\9.5.0.0 and edit the file hfm_1_config.xml

2. Change the entry <property name="hfmWebServerConfig">

<property name="hfmWebServerConfig">Configured 

to

<property name="hfmWebServerConfig">Pending  


3. Re-run the EPM configurator to re-register FM with SharedServices
