Symptoms
Error Message : Running prerequisite checks...
Prerequisite check "CheckPatchApplicableOnCurrentPlatform" failed.
The details are:
Patch ( 9442712) is not applicable on current platform.
Platform ID needed is : 215
Platform IDs supported by patch are: 233 912
ApplySession failed during prerequisite checks: Prerequisite check "CheckPatchApplicableOnCurrentPlatform" failed.
System intact, OPatch will not attempt to restore the system
OPatch failed with error code 74
Cause
The platform is not supported by the patch
The Platform ID is missing in the Inventory File
Solution
1. Stop the IIS services.
2. Download and unzip the service pack file p9442712_11113_WINNT.zip to %Hyperion_Home%\OPatch.
3. Run the following commands from the command window in the FDM application server:
a. set OPATCH_PLATFORM_ID=233
b. %Hyperion_Home%\OPatch>hpatch apply %Hyperion_Home%\OPatch\p9442712_11113_WINNT
4. Restart IIS by entering “iisreset” in the Command window.
5. Restart the FDQM Service
