Symptoms

Intersection validation report does not display and instead in the window an XML error is shown stating: "The XML Page cannot be displayed."

Cause

The FDM Web Server value in the Integration Settings is not correct.

Solution

1. Log into FDM Web
2. Navigate to Administration -> Integration Settings
3. Choose "FDM Web Server Name" from the drop down
4. Ensure that the valid FDM Server Name is entered (nothing else but the server name)
5. Save changes
6. Retest the issue.
