Loading an Account Conversion Table.

Symptoms

Hyperion Enterprise crashes when an Account Conversion Table is loaded from an text file.

No error produced.

Changes

Application recently converted from an older version.

Cause

The account conversion tables have become corrupted.

Solution

Ensure you have a valid application back-up before following the procedure below.

1. From within the Enterprise Application make an extract of all Account Conversion Tables to a text file.
2. From with the Account module delete all Account Conversion tables in the failing application.
3. Re-load the Account Conversion extract and verify that further loads can then be made.
