Symptoms

1) Consolidation hangs at 99% without completing

2) Error: "An unknown error has occurred in the HsvDSData2 object" in HsvEventLog.log

Cause

Bug 6546234

This issue is caused by inactive entities in the period that have locked members from [Parent] to [Contribution Total] in the Value dimension. 

Solution

For the inactive entities in the period, the value dimension members [Parent] to [Contribution Total] must be Unlocked

Fixed in FM 9.3.1 release
