Symptoms

No entities can be seen via RHXL -> CHANGE ENTITY in Hyperion Retrieve

Changes

Application has been reshelled

Cause

The new application has been added incorrectly

Solution

1. Remove application details from the hypent.ini file, either manually or in Hyperion Enterprise via FILE -> OPEN APPLICATION -> highlight the issue application and click REMOVE
2. Launch Hyperion Enterprise and re-add the application via the <add APPLICATION> option
3. Set all the POV items in Hyperion Enterprise, ensuring being able to see the desired entities
4. Launch Hyperion Retrieve and verify that entities now can be seen via RHXL -> CHANGE ENTITY
