Goal

How may MSAD external users be forced to log into Workspace 9.3.1 using their username rather than their full name?

Solution

It is necessary to add the following tag between <user> <user>and  in all external user directories defined in CSS.xml:

<loginattribute><loginattribute>sAMAccountName

Other options are: userPrincipalName, cn
