When Browsing To the HFM Application From FDM Web, Getting This Error: ActiveX component can't create object: 'upsFM9xG4A.clsHypeWindowFM Line45

Symptoms

When browsing to the HFM application from FDM, selecting Metadata -> Control Tables -> Year Target ->> Browse for target year. Getting this error: 
Error: ActiveX component can't create object: 'upsFM9xG4A.clsHypeWindowFM Line45

Cause

This issue is caused due to an integration block error between FDM and HFM as in the Load Balance Manager -> Load Balance Configuration -> Application Servers, the name of the Web Server was entered. But it should be only the name(s) of application server(s) to be entered.
Note: Only FDM application servers can be added to the Load Balance Configuration of the Integration block to HFM.

Solution

1. Go to the Windows Start menu got to Hyperion -> Financial Data Quality Management -> Load Balance Manager -> Load Balance Configuration ->> Application Servers. 
2. Then, add the name of the servers that have the FDM application server installed. 
3. Remove any other servers from the list.
