Cannot Add a currency to the Currency Subaccount Table in Oracle's Hyperion Enterprise

Symptoms

Cannot add a currency to the Currency subaccount table in Hyperion Enterprise.
Can not add currencies into the application.
CURRENCY subaccount table is Read Only in the Accounts module.

Cause

The CURRENCY subaccount table is automatically created when an application is created. It is set up in the Entities module and will appear as Read Only in the Accounts module and cannot be modified directly from the Accounts Module.

Solution

Edit the CURRENCY subaccount table via the NAVIGATE->CURRENCIES option in the Entities module.
