Symptoms

When working in retrieve within Microsoft Excel 2007, the retrieve addin disappears when you perform a print operation from a review screen.

Cause

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft Excel 2007. Please refer the below link.

Solution

To work around this problem, click a tab other than the Add-Ins tab to make the other tab active before you print the workbook from the print preview.
