When Navigating To EPMA Library Job Console From Workspace, The Error "There is an error in XML document (2,517)" Occurs [ID 1493222.1]

Symptoms

When attempting to launch the EPMA Library Job Console from Workspace, the following error occurs:

"There is an error in XML document (2,517)"

Cause

This issue has been verified and identified as unpublished BUG 14008022 - 11.1.2.2 NEW INSTALL LIBRARY JOB CONSOLE NOT LAUNCHING. The "Newfoundland" Regional setting in the EPMA server causes the error "There is an error in XML document (2, 517)"

Solution

This issue has been fixed in the Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA), Fusion Edition Release 11.1.2.2.000 Patch Set Update (PSU): 11.1.2.2.300 which addresses unpublished BUG 14008022 is available on My Oracle Support as Patch 14031912.

4. Perform a search for Patch 14031912 for your corresponding OS platform.
