The user was unable to run ANY FR reports from Workspace.
Data Forms and Grids were running with no errors.
No other users were experiencing this issue.
Cause:
Once the user clicked on report the pop web window changed form "Intranet" to "Local Internet". Therefore the security rules were different thus preventing the window to successfully open the report.
These settings are configured on Citrix via group policy.
