Ticket: 873 FDM Blank Intersection Report at Validation Stage

11.1.2.1 version of FDM has changed the way that the Intersection Report opens up whenever the validation stage fails. The window appears but requests whether the user wishes to download the file. Upon doing this the Window is blank. Therefore Internet settings are required to be amended to allow the file to be downloaded and either saved or opened.

Steps to resolve Blank Intersection Report at Validation Stage: 

Open Internet Explorer

Go to Tools

Select Internet Options

Select "Security" tab

Select Internet

Click on Custom Level

Scroll down to section: Active Controls and Plug-ins

Enable option: Allow previously unused Activex Controls to run without Prompt

Scroll down to "Downloads" section

Enable the two following options: Automatic prompting for file downloads & File download

Scroll down again to "Miscellaneous" section

Enable option: Access data sources across domains
