SYMPTOMS

Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) web pages are not displayed correctly, some icons in user interface have changed colors.

CAUSE

Support for screen reader has been enabled in Workspace preferences.

SOLUTION

To resolve this issue disable support for screen reader in EPM Workspace:

1. Open File -> Preferences ->  General
2. Uncheck the option "Enable Screen Reader Support" under Accessibility mode.
3. Save the Changes and reopen the application.
