SYMPTOMS

 User sees error "cannot continue -- unable to load resource file" while opening HFM Client post installation on 64-bit machine

CHANGES

 New HFM Client installation on 64 bit machine.

CAUSE

Issue happens when user installs HFM Client from the option available on Workspace

SOLUTION

Follow action plan below for resolving the issue

1. Uninstall Existing HFM Client

2. Re-install by running "HFMClientx64.exe" as an administrator from "EPM_ORACLE_HOME\common\epmstatic\wspace" from Installation server

    Eg. Path D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\epmstatic\wspace

3. Verify the issue.
