FDM multi-load issue

Oracle 11.1.2.1 FDM has issue when try to select a multi load excel file. It does give the following error:

Error: File upload attempt failed.
Detail: QI for IEnumVARIANT failed on the unmanaged server.

Full service restart and a app pool restart resolve the issue
