Goal
The attached spreadsheet shows a matrix of reviewer role, process management status and the resulting impact on data access.Solution
A review of the spreadsheet will provide information on what the expected rights to data are, based on the combination of reviewer role and process management status.
The following information is revealed:
Review users other than the review supervisor can not access data until the process is started.
Once the process is started, a user will not have access to the data until it reaches the process level which is the same as their reviewer role. For example, if a user has the role of reviewer 2, that user will not be able to make changes to the data until the process management status reaches level 2. Once it is promoted to level 3, that same user will only have Read access.
