Symptoms

After adding Parent Entity Members and moving existing Base Members to them (i.e. "new" structure), Ownership Management for the second level of parents and below gives an error when trying to Update (Save) values for the System Accounts [Active], PCON and POWN.

A data extract and a data grid of the system accounts shows the correct amounts.

Consolidations at lower levels of the "new" structure work correctly.

Changes

Parents Entity Members have been added to the Entity Structure and existing Base Members have been moved to them

Solution

Download patch: 9021248 from the Support Portal and review the read me file. Test the installation in a non-production environment before putting it into Production.
