Symptoms

An error is being returned when you try to export using the HE-6x-G4D adapter.  A review of the error log shows the below two statements:

Cause

The adapter is trying to use the 'Enable Drillback' function in a version of Hyperion Enterprise that is not supported. 

Solution

Ensure in the Adapters Integration Settings that the 'Enable Drillback' option is not selected for an inappropriate version of Hyperion Enterprise.  Consult the ReadMe.PDF documentation for further details on which versions of Hyperion Enterprise support DrillBack into FDM.
