When attempting to load the file, the end user is receiving the error message ‘invalid enterprise account xxx’ for a large list of accounts. When trying to load the file directly to Hyperion Enterprise using the Enterprise Client, the end user is getting the same error message ‘invalid enterprise account xxx’.
Cause
The target account values defined in the FDM mapping table for the location, are not valid accounts within the Enterprise application. The account mapping was loaded using a map loader template that does not verify the target account value exists in the Enterprise Application.Solution
a) Choose Activities/Maps
b) Select an account mapping entry and double-click in the "Target Account" field. Choose the "Browse for Target Value" sub-menu.
c) A list of target accounts will be displayed. The account list are valid target accounts within the Enterprise Application that is defined in the integration settings menu of the FDM application.
d) Choose the appropriate target account value within enterprise and click OK
e) Click Update Grid to save the change.
f) Repeat this process for each invalid account mapping.
**Note: To check the Integration Setup use the FDM Workbench Client to view the Enterprise Adapter Integration Settings Wizard. This can be accessed by logging into the FDM application using the workbench client as a power user and choosing Tools/Integration Settings to display the wizard.
