Error 'Cannot create device context error' when printing to the HRPRINTER from Hyperion Enterprise or Hyperion Enterprise Reporting

Cause

GhostScript has not been installed

As per the release documentation, GhostScript 8.54 (or later) is a required component for HRPRINTER functionality.

Solution


Download and install GhostScript version 8.54 or later.
