FDMEE service doesn't startup

Symptom: FDMEE doesn't want to startup. After the start, it stops the service.

The following errors can be seen in the log files:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: classblock allocation, 7688752 loaded, 7680K footprint, in check_alloc (src/jvm/model/classload/classalloc.c:215).

Cause: WLS_DIAGNOSTICS(Number).DAT has been increased too big. 

File path: \Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\ErpIntegrator0\data\store\diagnostics

Resolution: File(s) need(s) to be deleted from the folder.
