Symptoms

Getting error when selecting Manage Task Flows for specific user
Error: "HTTP Status 500"
Error: "The server encountered an internal error () that preventted it from fulfilling this request"
Error: "org.apache.jasper.JasperException at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JasperWrapper.service(JspServletWrapper.java:254"

Cause

The specific user getting this error has been provisioned twice in HUB, difference between the user entries should be upper or lower case difference in user name.  This may have resutled from the user being deleted from LDAP or MSAD and then re-added.

Solution

To resolve,  Delete both user entries from HUB then provision the user again
