Symptoms

 When selecting any background color defined in FILE -> PREFERENCES -> USER -> COLOURS, closing Enterprise and logging back in again the changes are not saved.

Cause

This is known issue specific to Enterprise 6.5.0 and has been resolved in Enterprise 6.5.1.

Upgrade to Enterprise 6.5.1
