Symptoms

Prompted to log on twice when launching Hyperion Retrieve From a shortcut.

Cause

The shortcut references Hyperion Retrieve and the Hyperion Retrieve Addin has been selected in Excel.
This will result in the prompt to log in twice.

Solution

Either remove the reference to Hyperion Retrieve in the Microsoft Excel shortcut or remove the Hyperion Retrieve from the Microsoft Add-Ins:
Choose files or drag and drop files
